drøn was founded by frederik dahlke, ingo zobel and christoph abert in 1997. their goal is to create music without boundaries, seeking the sonic experiment. the result is a more and more surfacing own style, somewhere between electronica and ambient. before becoming drøn, they started out seperately in the early nineties with sparse equipment. in 1999 their first compilation track was released on elektrolux, followed by the full length album "parsec" in 2000. after a few more compilation releases and their second album "xenologix", they are carrying on their musical excursions to contribute new genes to the world of electronic music.
